Following delivery of a new Manitou MI35D forklift to Windy Ridge Veg Ltd, we caught up with Director Mark Nundy who shared his thoughts on why this industrial forklift was the perfect fit for their busy vegetable-growing operation.

Mark also praised the MI35D's ease of manoeuvrability, adding to its practicality on their farm. Windy Ridge Veg Ltd has a rich heritage, with the family farm originally purchased by Mark's grandfather in 1946 and the business itself established in the 1990s. Today, they grow 1,300 acres of vegetables per year across their three sites. The business has grown rapidly from one shed in Boston to three within just two years. They specialise in producing a wide range of fresh British vegetables, including cauliflower, broccoli, cabbages, sprouts, and potatoes.
